xfrm: MIGRATE enhancements (draft-ebalard-mext-pfkey-enhanced-migrate)
Provides implementation of the enhancements of XFRM/PF_KEY MIGRATE mechanism specified in draft-ebalard-mext-pfkey-enhanced-migrate-00.
