MIPS: Alchemy: remove SOC_AU1X00 in favor of MIPS_ALCHEMY
Remove the CONFIG_SOC_AU1X00 Kconfig symbol since its job can also be done by MACH_ALCHEMY, now renamed to MIPS_ALCHEMY.
