[PATCH] x86_64: Don't enable CONFIG_UNWIND_INFO by default for DEBUG_KERNEL

Browse Source 
DEBUG_KERNEL is often enabled just for sysrq, but this doesn't
mean the user wants more heavyweight debugging information.
