netlink: Improve returned error codes

Browse Source 
Make nlmsg_trim(), nlmsg_cancel(), genlmsg_cancel(), and
nla_nest_cancel() void functions.

Return -EMSGSIZE instead of -1 if the provided message buffer is not
big enough.
