Merge branch 'samsung/driver' into next/drivers

Conflicts:
	arch/arm/mach-mxs/include/mach/common.h

Pull in previous samsung conflict merges and do a trivial
merge of an mxs double-add conflict.

+One or more Vectored Interrupt Controllers (VIC's) can be connected in an ARM
+system for interrupt routing.  For multiple controllers they can either be
+nested or have the outputs wire-OR'd together.
