devpts: remove module-related code

These days, the devpts filesystem is closely integrated with the pty
memory management, and cannot be built as a module, even less removed
from the kernel.  Accordingly, remove all module-related stuff from
this filesystem.

[ v2: only remove code that's actually dead ]
