f3a7c66b5c net: replace __constant_{endian} uses in net headers
Base versions handle constant folding now. For headers exposed to
userspace, we must only expose the __ prefixed versions.

5a6483feb0 include: Remove unnecessary inclusions of asm/semaphore.h
None of these files use any of the functionality promised by
asm/semaphore.h. It's possible that they (or some user of them) rely
on it dragging in some unrelated header file, but I can't build all
these files, so we'll have to fix any build failures as they come up.

1b8d7ae42d [NET]: Make socket creation namespace safe.
This patch passes in the namespace a new socket should be created in
and has the socket code do the appropriate reference counting. By
virtue of this all socket create methods are touched. In addition
the socket create methods are modified so that they will fail if
you attempt to create a socket in a non-default network namespace.

Failing if we attempt to create a socket outside of the default
network namespace ensures that as we incrementally make the network stack
network namespace aware we will not export functionality that someone
has not audited and made certain is network namespace safe.
Allowing us to partially enable network namespaces before all of the
exotic protocols are supported.

Any protocol layers I have missed will fail to compile because I now
pass an extra parameter into the socket creation code.

cf14a4d067 [L2TP]: Changes to existing ppp and socket kernel headers for L2TP
Add struct sockaddr_pppol2tp to carry L2TP-specific address
information for the PPPoX (PPPoL2TP) socket. Unfortunately we can't
use the union inside struct sockaddr_pppox because the L2TP-specific
data is larger than the current size of the union and we must preserve
the size of struct sockaddr_pppox for binary compatibility.

Also add a PPPIOCGL2TPSTATS ioctl to allow userspace to obtain
L2TP counters and state from the kernel.

Add new if_pppol2tp.h header.

516299d2f5 [NETFILTER]: bridge-nf: filter bridged IPv4/IPv6 encapsulated in pppoe traffic
The attached patch by Michael Milner adds support for using iptables and
ip6tables on bridged traffic encapsulated in ppoe frames, similar to
what's already supported for vlan.

d56f90a7c9 [SK_BUFF]: Introduce skb_network_header()
For the places where we need a pointer to the network header, it is still legal
to touch skb->nh.raw directly if just adding to, subtracting from or setting it
to another layer header.

797659fb4a [PPPOE]: Introduce pppoe_hdr()
For consistency with all the other skb->nh.raw accessors.

Also do some really obvious simplifications in pppoe_recvmsg, well the
kfree_skb one is not so obvious, but free() and kfree() have the same behaviour
(hint :-) ).

17ba15fb62 [PPPOX]: Fix assignment into const proto_ops.
And actually, with this, the whole pppox layer can basically
be removed and subsumed into pppoe.c, no other pppox sub-protocol
implementation exists and we've had this thing for at least 4
years.

Initial git repository build. I'm not bothering with the full history,
even though we have it. We can create a separate "historical" git
archive of that later if we want to, and in the meantime it's about
3.2GB when imported into git - space that would just make the early
git days unnecessarily complicated, when we don't have a lot of good
infrastructure for it.

Let it rip!
