Using two separate tables to setup the registers for 50 or 60 hz is better than the non-const table that is filled in at runtime. Hans Verkuil	0890ec19c6	[media] tw9903: add new tw9903 video decoder ... This based on the wis-tw9903.c driver that's part of the go7007 driver. It has been converted to a v4l subdev driver by Pete Eberlein, and I made additional cleanups.
