4d033556f1 x86, earlyprintk: Add hsu early console for Intel Medfield platform
Intel Medfield platform has a high speed UART device, which
could act as a early console. To enable early printk of HSU
console, simply add "earlyprintk=hsu" in kernel command line.

Currently we put the code in the early_printk_mrst.c as it is
also for Intel MID platforms like the mrst early console

c20b5c3318 x86, earlyprintk: Add earlyprintk for Intel Moorestown platform
Intel Moorestown platform has a spi-uart device(Maxim3110),
which connects to a Designware spi core controller. This patch
will add early console function based on it.

As it will be used long before Linux spi subsystem get
initialised, we simply directly manipulate the spi controller's
register to acheive the early console func. This is safe as it
will be disabled when devices subsytem get initialised.

To use it, user need enable CONFIG_X86_MRST_EARLY_PRINTK in
kenrel config and add "earlyprintk=mrst" in kernel command line.

A function in a header file needs to be explicitly marked "inline", or
gcc will complain if it is not used.

14671386dc x86, mrst: make mrst_timer_options an enum
We have an enum mrst_timer_options, use it so that the kernel knows if
we're missing something from a switch statement or equivalent.

a75af580bb x86, mrst: make mrst_identify_cpu() an inline returning enum
We have an enum, might as well use it. While we're at it, make it an
inline... there is really no point in calling a function for this
stuff.

a875c01944 x86, mrst: add more timer config options
Always-on local APIC timer (ARAT) has been introduced to Medfield, along
with the platform APB timers we have more timer configuration options
between Moorestown and Medfield.

This patch adds run-time detection of avaiable timer features so that
we can treat Medfield as a variant of Moorestown and set up the optimal
timer options for each platform. i.e.

Medfield: per cpu always-on local APIC timer
Moorestown: per cpu APB timer

Manual override is possible via cmdline option x86_mrst_timer.

a0c173bd8a x86, mrst: add cpu type detection
Medfield is the follow-up of Moorestown, it is treated under the same
HW sub-architecture. However, we do need to know the CPU type in order
for some of the driver to act accordingly.
We also have different optimal clock configuration for each CPU type.
