182a9e2cef Revert "target: Do not special-case loop and iscsi fabric module loads"
Existing lio_dump.py code expects this to be in place for /iscsi.

14150a6bbe target: move unmap to struct spc_ops
Having all the unmap payload parsing in the backed is a bit ugly, but until
more drivers support it and we can find a good interface for all of them

0c2ad7d113 target: add struct spc_ops + initial ->execute_rw pointer usage
Remove the execute_cmd method in struct se_subsystem_api, and always use the
one directly in struct se_cmd. To make life simpler for SBC virtual backends
a struct spc_ops that is passed to sbc_parse_cmd is added. For now it
only contains an execute_rw member, but more will follow with the subsequent
commits.

5f41a31d0a target: remove the execute list
Since "target: Drop se_device TCQ queue_depth usage from I/O path" we always
submit all commands (or back then, tasks) from __transport_execute_tasks.

That means the the execute list has lots its purpose, as we can simply
submit the commands that are restarted in transport_complete_task_attr
directly while we walk the list. In fact doing so also solves a race
in the way it currently walks to delayed_cmd_list as well.

a3785c8740 target/pscsi: Only emulate REPORT_LUNS for passthrough
This patch changes back the pSCSI backend to follow pre 3.6-queue code to
passthrough SPC-3 persistent reservations + SPC-2 legacy reservation
handling to the underlying LLD / physical hardware.

For folks who really need this for their own SPC-3 emulation logic, avoid
changing the functionality of this beyond what is exported for REPORT_LUNS
for existing code, and to avoid problems with SPC-3 PR/ALUA as INQUIRY
EVPD=0x83 emulation needs to be in place in order for this to work as
expected with spc_parse_cdb() code..

d6e0175cf3 target: add a parse_cdb method to the backend drivers
Instead of trying to handle all SCSI command sets in one function
(transport_generic_cmd_sequencer) call out to the backend driver to perform
this functionality. For pSCSI a copy of the existing code is used, but for
all virtual backends we can use a new parse_sbc_cdb helper is used to
provide a simple SBC emulation.

For now this setups means a fair amount of duplication between pSCSI and the
SBC library, but patches later in this series will sort out that problem.

1765fe5edc target: Fix range calculation in WRITE SAME emulation when num blocks == 0
When NUMBER OF LOGICAL BLOCKS is 0, WRITE SAME is supposed to write
all the blocks from the specified LBA through the end of the device.
However, dev->transport->get_blocks(dev) (perhaps confusingly) returns
the last valid LBA rather than the number of blocks, so the correct
number of blocks to write starting with lba is

dev->transport->get_blocks(dev) - lba + 1

3e997130bd timekeeping: Add missing update call in timekeeping_resume()
The leap second rework unearthed another issue of inconsistent data.

On timekeeping_resume() the timekeeper data is updated, but nothing
calls timekeeping_update(), so now the update code in the timer
interrupt sees stale values.

This has been the case before those changes, but then the timer
interrupt was using stale data as well so this went unnoticed for quite
some time.

Add the missing update call, so all the data is consistent everywhere.

6469195940 gma500,cdv: Fix the brightness base
Some desktop environments carefully save and restore the brightness
settings from the previous boot. Unfortunately they don't all check to
see if the range has changed. The end result is that they restore a
brightness of 100/lots not 100/100.

As the old driver and the non-free GMA36xx driver both use 0-100 we thus
need to go back doing the same thing to avoid users getting a mysterious
black screen after boot.

05d290d66b fifo: Do not restart open() if it already found a partner
If a parent and child process open the two ends of a fifo, and the
child immediately exits, the parent may receive a SIGCHLD before its
open() returns. In that case, we need to make sure that open() will
return successfully after the SIGCHLD handler returns, instead of
throwing EINTR or being restarted. Otherwise, the restarted open()
would incorrectly wait for a second partner on the other end.

The following test demonstrates the EINTR that was wrongly thrown from
the parent’s open().  Change .sa_flags = 0 to .sa_flags = SA_RESTART
to see a deadlock instead, in which the restarted open() waits for a
second reader that will never come. (On my systems, this happens
pretty reliably within about 5 to 500 iterations. Others report that
it manages to loop ~forever sometimes; YMMV.)

This patch modifies the condition while freeing to match the condition
used while allocation. This fixes the above warning which arises when
array size is equal to PAGE_SIZE where allocation is done using kzalloc
but free is done using vfree.

3d2195c332 SELinux: do not check open perms if they are not known to policy
When I introduced open perms policy didn't understand them and I
implemented them as a policycap. When I added the checking of open perm
to truncate I forgot to conditionalize it on the userspace defined
policy capability. Running an old policy with a new kernel will not
check open on open(2) but will check it on truncate. Conditionalize the
truncate check the same as the open check.

a3cb80f43a regulator: twl: Fix the formula to calculate vsel and voltage for twl6030ldo
In twl6030ldo_set_voltage, current code use below formula to calculate vsel:
        vsel = (min_uV/1000 - 1000)/100 + 1;
This is worng because when min_uV is 1000000 uV, vsel is 1.
It should be 0 in this case.
Fix it by change the equation to: (This equation is common for linear mapping)
        vsel = DIV_ROUND_UP(min_uV - rdev->desc->min_uV, rdev->desc->uV_step);

In twl6030ldo_get_voltage, current code use below formula to calculate voltage:
        mV = 1000mv + 100mv * (vsel - 1)
This is worng because when vsel is 0, mV is 900mV. Note the min_uV is 1000mV.
Fix it by change the equation to: (This equation is common for linear mapping)
        return rdev->desc->min_uV + vsel * rdev->desc->uV_step;

5febb3c9d5 regulator: s5m8767: Properly handle gpio_request failure
Convert to devm_gpio_request to save a few error handling code.

This patch properly handle the gpio_request failure, we should return error
when gpio_request fails rather than just show warning.

I think one of the reason we got -EBUSY is because current code does not free
gpios in s5m8767_pmic_remove(). So it got -EBUSY when reload the module.

Yest another reason is in current code if gpio_request() returns error,
the rest of the code still calls gpio_direction_output to config buck_gpios
and buck_ds gpios. This looks wrong to me.

Convert to devm_gpio_request to save a few error handling code.

This patch properly handle the gpio_request failure with -EBUSY, we should
return error rather than ommit the gpio_request failure with -EBUSY.

I think one of the reason we got -EBUSY is because current code does not free
gpios in max8997_pmic_remove(). So it got -EBUSY when reload the module.

Yest another reason is in current code if gpio_request() returns -EBUSY,
the rest of the code still calls gpio_direction_output to config buck125_gpios
and set gpio value in max8997_set_gpio(). This looks wrong to me.
