Jussi Kivilinna 023af60825 crypto: aesni_intel - improve lrw and xts performance by utilizing parallel AES-NI hardware pipelines 
Use parallel LRW and XTS encryption facilities to better utilize AES-NI
hardware pipelines and gain extra performance.
