Alexander Duyck 7d5753f08c igb: rework use of VMOLR in regards to PF and VFs ... This patch updates the use of the VMOLR to include enabling multicast promiscous for the VFs should they attempt to send over 30 multicast addresses or if they use the new message type to enable multicast promiscuous.
