Staging: hv: hv_mouse: fix up input device info structure
Make the name "hv_" specific as it's not an input layer structure we are dealing with here. Also rename the fields to be not CamelCase. Cc: Hank Janssen <hjanssen@microsoft.com> Cc: K. Y.
