USB: cdc-acm: support some gps data loggers

Below is a patch which allows a number of GPS loggers to work
under linux. It is known to support the i-Blue 747 (all models),
i-Blue 757, Qstarz BT-Q1000, i.Trek Z1, Konet BGL-32, and the Holux
M-241.
